Currently almost exactly 1.2:1 for the period from the 1st November week to date.

I'd wait for WW adjustments come Jan/Feb before claiming toastboy is accurate.  My guess is the PS4 has quite a bit of undertracking in EU/ROW.  Makes you look a little silly trumpeting his predictions, regardless.

Oh, didn't realize he was someone you guys looked up to.  Are you saying the mods were wrong in permabanning him?  Guess you should take that up with them.

You didnt like him because he dared to like the ONE and be vocal about it on VGC. He was harmless in truth. But no doubt was reported to oblivion and the mods act on that.

I get that you dont like he was right,  that you dont like the PS4 and ONE have been so close this holiday.... but no need to take it out on me.

PS4 as always winning WW, but now lossing NA due to Microsoft agressive marketing with that pricecut aboard all retailers plus bundles, The only bundles (or price cuts) that ive seen the PS4 has had that could compete with the X1 price cut, have been done by some retailes and for some limited time... oh well once january starts and that price cut goes away we will see a different picture especially when those PS4 exclusives starts to drop arround the world, i also expect japan to start increasing the sales quite a lot due to the amount of games coming out.

but wasnt it 49% the week of december 6 and now its 48% :/ oh well the PS4 will get a big boost on 2015 so it will get it eventually.

Well, when you make countless predictions, you're bound to be right in at least one of them... It's like throwing several hail maries. Most of of the time they'll fail, but every once in a while, the ball will be caught for a touchdown.

These estimates would mean that Wii U is down 40k YOY for this week. I'm skeptical that's the case. I get that Japanese sales are down but for the last 6 months both Europe and USA have shown big yoy gains. I'm surprised to see that evaporate during the holidays.

They really need to kill the 8gb model and drop the 32g model to $250/225.

I wouldn't be surprised if they show a redesign at e3. Something that makes the tablet cheaper to manufacture as well as increases battery life + touch screen responsiveness.
