Using chrome and it happens to me too.

I recommendation to everyone from an IT guy, don't click continue, ok or proceed afterwards since you will be granting and ok to install a malware on your PC even thou you are knowing the website you are trying to access is safe, still your antivirus would block  if it you press accidentally but still don't risk it.
