It's their way of telling that Halo Nightfall tv series will be on PC, I've seen some another version of that page which said Xbox or Windows required for Nightfall, it said only Xbox about Halo 5 itself though. Nightfall is probably considered "feature" of Halo 5.

Get real people they won't hurt console sales when they are actively burning their cash stash to get Xbox away from edge of irrelevance.
