What will the PS4 sale offering be come holiday 2015

$399 500GB + Game 10 10.99%

$399 1TB + Game 11 12.09%

$350 500GB + Game 26 28.57%

$350 1TB + Game 17 18.68%

$299 1TB + Game 12 13.19%

PS2 got a $100 price drop 17 months after launch. If the PS4 follows the same pattern it will be $299 in June. Coincidentally right in time for E3.

$350 with 1TB HDD and a game would be great for its 3rd Xmas.

With the move to 20nm APU's looking very likely, I think $299 and a 1TB HDD would be the best solution next holiday. This would make the system look more impressive with the increased spec, give them a massive new pool of people that are willing to pay $299, and still leave them in a good position financially.

I think the big push next year will be free period of PS Now, PS Vue, and Music Unlimited. In addition, PS+ should see bigger titles that will be near two years old at that point.

This would give Sony a very good value, and introduce new comers to there digital services which Sony is banking on for the future of the company.

Stop hate, let others live the life they were given. Everyone has their problems, and no one should have to feel ashamed for the way they were born. Be proud of who you are, encourage others to be proud of themselves. Learn, research, absorb everything around you. Nothing is meaningless, a purpose is placed on everything no matter how you perceive it. Discover how to love, and share that love with everything that you encounter. Help make existence a beautiful thing.

This would be excellent, but if PS4 will keep WW leadership without troubles I can see more likely Sony offering an entry level 500GB SKU for $299, while the one with 1TB and possibly a game and a second controller could cost from $349 to $379 (I don't see it at $399 anyway, if and when Sony will make the first cut, $399 or higher from then on will most probably be prices for the richest bundles only, for example 1 or 2TB with one or two games, a second controller and PS Move or PSV, the latter could be at around $450).

I'm surprised some people think Sony will stay at 399.

They already had the manufacturing cost going silghtly down during the year buit choose not to drop the price if i remember correctly.

So there is no question that next time the manufacturing cost go down they will price drop. It's also pretty obvious this will happen in 2015.

There are chances of a 1TB (+ camera ?) 399 SKU
