It's probably because of limited space on shelves, so Nintendo spreads out exclusive amiibo's across different stores. And who knows, they might get some extra money from said stores for the exclusivety deal. Seems like a win-win situation for Nintendo here.

Its not sold out. Its just listed but has never been "in-stock", the website just lists it as out of stock.

Can they announce a new Fire Emblem? A remake of Genealogy or Tellius would suffice !
