How much will PS4 sell in Japan in 2015?

Uncharted will sell decently for a westerm game but it won't boost ps4

Does japan even care about E3 ? not a rhetorical question.

I have my doubts that any of these games will sell well, as well as the Ps4 itself. Japan is a lost cause for home consoles.

False if a console had a great line up it will do well in Japan

It will sell more units in Japan then half of that list I suspect.

U3 and U2 done 200k each.  Some western franchises have become more popular in recent years, I'm thinking/hoping Uncharted will be one of them.

GTA V sold 800k on PS3 far higher then its predecessors, Im presuming its getting a PS4 launch over there In Q1/Q2. That should do very well too.

Probably,  I think it will contribute towards any future baseline anyway. Looking back at 2011, PS3's baseline was up 9% during uncharted 3's launch. The game debuted with 120k (bigger then I expected). Expect the bump to be bigger as the PS4 will still be relatively new when it launches versus the PS3 in 2011.

It could very well have a worse one. For one thing, Japan's economy has slipped into recession.

The other : PS4's first year in Japan hasn't been remarkably better than the WiiU's. I don't think Japanese consumers have soured against Nintendo or Sony any much more than the other.

Japan is heavily front loaded.
