Samen for me, but I had to change my DNS Code. Don't know why, but it helped.

Yeah, the online is terrible for me too. Doesn't connect at all. Maybe I should buy the game, though. That might be the issue. ;)

PS4 version is also shit. Long loading times, empty lobbies, getting disconnected randomly. I can play every online game fine, but GTA Online is trash when it comes to their servers.

That sucks. Atleast the pre release hype was something and we got some gifs out of it.

Never got around to playing GTAV's online but I heard about online problems. Hopefully the PS4 version doesn't suffer the same fate!
And yes I exaggerated the date, sue me. Still, this game shouldn't be having some horrible online issues a year after release. Dear god I seriously wonder how bad the game was when online launched.

If you want grass you should wait for Zelda U. :P
I played a few months ago and there were no problems. Lots of annoying updates though.
Not your connection but rather the security around it maybe? Check your NAT or DNS settings as others have mentioned. Modems/routers come with built in firewalls nowadays and require specific settings under certain circumstance. If all else fails place the PS3 in the DMZ 'Demilitarized Zone' iirc. Been a while since I had to fiddle with that stuff so correct me if I'm wrong.
And yes you might need special settings for just ONE game.
