As a fighting game enthusiast it isnt wise for this game to be coming out in 4th quarter. First or second quarter is the best time.

Actually no. Sony realized they had no fighter after MS finally made use of the IP they bought in Killer Instinct. SF gamers were being used to help make the game. Sony played ball by going to Capcom as it has the largest community. Its actually a smart plan seeing  the fundamental mechanics both games because of the SF heritage in the new KI. Capcom is one step from going under and if Sony is going to pay for the games development who is it going to hurt? This isnt monopolization, they knew MS would think they had the FGC in their grasp. This is why Phil Spencer said he would make it up to the Xbox gamers because MS likes Checkbook warfare and now Sony is giving them what they want. 

So it's just starting to be more like every other japanese niche game. I hardly see Atelier, Project Diva or SAO being on anything not playstation.
