The Xbox 360 version of COD disagrees...

You think so? Looked like the Xbox One version sold more units.

1.) Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare (360, XBO,

Why is 360 listed first then? Even if Xbox One version did sell more it would have only been by a relatively small amount showing there are still plenty of last gen gamers out there.

XBO sold more with bundles.

Eh, it still proves my point though.

True.

Awesome thanks!

I'll leave it the way it is right now in the thread title and in the OP but it's nice to have more precision.

COD isn't the only franchise that benefits the HD twins ...

There are other big name franchises which have yet to be current gen only such as GTA, Red Dead, Battlefield, The Elder Scrolls, Fallout, Final Fantasy, and many more ...

Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare - XBO: 1.46m (1.26M + 200k from bundle), 360: 1.305m, PS4: 1.17m, PS3: 765k

Oh, I didn't look at the top 10 this month. That chart doesn't include bundled games, but with them the Xbox One version sold the most units in November.

And yeah, there are still a lot of last gen gamers out there, but that doesn't change the fact that the majority has already moved on.

I hope your only kidding me ...

the only chart i will used and trusted than no other VGCHARTZ.COM anyone else proves without proof...???
but i appreciated the effort you put of making almost detail false overtrack xbox one that show some pride of something made from china...and its not a american made product !!!!!

it doesn't matter for November NPD....SONY still lead with 1 million gap between xbox one and PS4 only NPD...and whopping 7 million gap WWD.....

Xbox One is the ONLY 8th gen console to be up yoy in its 2nd November.

Can I say it please?...

It's also the ONLY 8th gen console to be sold for $150 (including 2 games) less in its 2nd November than it was in its first (and that is not even including Black Friday).

So what's the verdict for eighth gen consoles then? Looks pretty disappointing all around.

1. Wii U is an outright failure.
2. Xbox One required heavy discounts to get things going.
3. PS4 is running out of steam a bit, because the purchases based on its future software lineup are continually decreasing.

Talking about the full next year, Wii U should be down while the other two consoles probably won't see big increases. The majority of active game buyers has already moved on to eighth gen consoles, so there isn't that big of a pool to draw from anymore. There doesn't seem to be much in the way of new IPs either, because most companies play it really safe with yearly sequels.

Disappointing..... wat?

Dude, combined sales of the PS4/X1 are freaking 80% higher than those of PS360 over the same time period. X1 wasn't selling like PS4 was, but it was still CLOBBERING 360 sales. So PS4 sold 850k-ish it's second November..... and? PS3 sold around 290k its second November. As far as a drop from last year, that was a launch month that saw PS4 sell 1 million in a freaking day. Did anyone really expect a massive increase? Truth is, it sold nearly a million without a major price cut and no must-have exclusives. X1 had the single highest second November EVER. To address the X1's pric drop.......they unbundled Kinect. Without it the base price would have realistically been 399. Meaning the actual price drop was 50 bucks. That's not really that steep.

Honestly, the doom and gloom baffles me. Absolutely baffles me. Look at the numbers, people. The Big Two are doing incredible. Our pastime is thriving. Why can't people be happy with that? Why do people look for disaster that simply isn't there? Sony and Microsoft are knocking it out of the park. Accept it.

Nintendo.......that's another story :(

Exactly, though yes the Wii U is sadly doing bad.... :(
