I don't call old port a good support
Persona 5 should had be mutiplatform with vita since persona 4 golden does so well but they don't,big Japanese 3rd party did not support Vita too

Mainline Persona games have always been on consoles first. A remaster/GOTY edition is possible on PSV later on.

I know but that should chance when a remake sold that well isn't this a proof that 3rd party consider vita as an inferior console

PS4 - over 100 millions let's say 120m
Xbox One - 70m
Wii U - 25m

Vita - 15m if it will not get Final Fantasy Kingdoms Heart and Monster Hunter 20m otherwise
3DS - 80m

Severed is an exclusive. RE: Revelations 2 is a big unreleased 3rd party game. Some classic remakes there and some quality ports. Can't see what the problem is. This is just what was announced at PSX, not Vita's whole lineup.

Sony is the reason these games are coming to Vita at all...

Sony is also the reason the VIta is failing in the first place. Proprietary memory, very few quality first-party exclusives, etc etc.

Look at how Nintendo turned around the 3DS after the miserable start- quality games and listening to gamers. Sony didn't do either. I own 2 Vitas, and love them dearly, but at this point they are dedicated JRPG machines and nothing more.

Sony sees their consoles as something much more valuable than their handhelds. This is almost the exact opposite of Nintendo.

Nintendo has developed plenty of fantastic games on Wii U (SSBU, 3D World, DK, MK8, Toad's Treasure, soon Zelda U and X).

Honestly, both the Wii U and 3DS have gotten more quality first-party attention than the PS4 and Vita.

Xbox One - PS4 - Wii U - PC

These games are good for existing vita owners but no one else. I do have games for vita but they just don't seem worth it enough for me to buy one. Maybe when they sort the prices out I may get one in the future but until then I will play what I have on other systems and get a ps4 sometime next year.

that PC FFVII port to PS4 would be much better if it was port to Vita...

still doesnt prove Vita lives imo

And it only took an extra year for Wii U to do this....wow, great comparison.

Why not compare just 3ds+wiiu first years to ps4+vita, then compare their 2nd? You can do that with 3ds+vita now for their first 3 years actually :)

Because 3DS is primarily used by certain Nintendo fans to bail out the Wii U when it comes to its first year. The same with PS4 used by some Sony fans to deflect the Vita’s failures as well. Personally, I’d rather eliminate the cherry picking on combining both platforms and rather compare handheld against handheld and home console against home console. That’s just me though and my opinion, for instance I never compared the DS to the PS2 either.

By that logic, the Wii U will always have the advantage due to having the extra year.

But fine, we shall wait another year, and then we'll compare the first 2 years of both. Going by the lineup though, I still think that what the Wii U has out currently beats what Sony will have by the second year.
