LMFAO the FF7 port was a letdown, worst part of the presentation IMO.

They should just...ugh. FFXV will make or break the genre. They should just sell the rights of Xenogears to Nitnendo though. They aren't doing anything with it anyway

It was the most depressing day in my gaming history. I had the money ready for a limited edition PS4 and yes I was gonna sell it because I need money but I was stuck in the country with no internet putting my father's hunting ahead of my own desires pushing deer for him. Now I'm left out of $1000 profit at least. Let's hope for a 25th anniversary edition :(

I agree. It's sad to see RPGs being relegated to what they are now. I miss the old Final Fantasy games.

Why care about a remake when we all know we will just be playing Final Fantasy XV, Persona 5, and Xenoblade X?

I'm going to have to agree with this actually.  If this were an American company, it would obviously be trolling but looking at Kitase and some of the other employees of SE; they're nice to a fault and it's like they're just living in an ivory tower mindset like nothing can go wrong.  They're definitely oblivious and ignorant.  More ignorant than arrogant I think, but with some pretentiousness in there.  I watched Toriyama try to explain FF13 with a rose to describe its beauty FFS and I watched Kitase try and set up an explanation about Lightning returns and the story of it with an actual crystal in his hand.  Describing the crystal as elegantly as he could.  It was so off putting considering the quality of LR.
