No Man's Sky looks really promising... I will be getting for the PC if it pans out.

Better choice of music than last year.

wasn't listening cause was typing, so missed what was said. Who the F is playing music and why? Is this a soundtrack song from a game or something?

Does anyone actually know anything about the story/motivations in No Man's sky? it looks beautiful, it sounds beautiful, but does it PLAY beautifully? Can you craft things? Can you build things? Is there like, a goal to discover life or something. Ineed something.

Much as I am gunning for this to be an amazing breakout hit, my personal excitement for it is dampered by my lack of understanding regarding its actual game systems and objectives.

I agree.  Though, I disagree that this is like Heavy Rain.  I don't even think you control your movement in Until Dawn.  And really, the Prologue to Heavy Rain did a similar premise MUCH better.  It had you examining a serial killers home, then having to hide and escape when he arrives home.  It was very nerve-racking.

Same here.  I just don't get it.  It looks cool, but have no idea what one does besides travel to different planets and walk around.

Actually, though, this is pretty good.

IT's a song from the No Man's Sky soundtrack.  That band is doing the entire score, and it sounds like a gorgeous blend of indie and atmospheric.  I love it, and I think it fits what we've seen so far of the game perfectly.
