Forums - Nintendo - Itagaki says Devil’s Third’s visuals have improved since E3, “looking completely different now”

Tomonobu Itagaki and the team at Valhalla Game Studios have been working hard on Devil’s Third since the game was last shown at E3. Their effort has payed off, as Itagaki told one fan on his Facebook page that the visuals have been improved.

Itagaki mentioned that the textures, weapon and environment models, and lighting have seen an upgrade. Ultimately, “it’s looking completely different now.”

Itagaki’s words in full:

That’s not all Valhalla has changed in Devil’s Third. The assignment of buttons have been modified, and the HUD UI has changed.

Interesting, I am curious to know how the game is looking.. Still has a long way to go to make a it a "must have" for me though

PC Specs: CPU: 7800X3D || GPU: Strix 4090 || RAM: 32GB DDR5 6000 || Main SSD: WD 2TB SN850

Well, show it if it's so much better now.

Maybe in a December Direct.

Multiplayer looking decent not sure on SP side of things

defiantly looking forward to this game, seems like one of the best games for the WiiU imo. Would be my first pick up along bayonetta 2 if i ever would buy a WiiU.

Day one for me, it looks insane. I hope Nintendo fund more of this type of stuff to balance out the 3rd party situation.

I'll believe it when I see it. Looked like garbage at E3.

Interested in someone some new videos of this.
I thought it looked like it had some good potential beforehand!

I'm glad to hear that.. The game didn't look too good at E3! :/
