So the 'love or hate it' mini-game is a 'love or hate it' game. Not sure why I'm surprised. What I do know is I am very likely to love it, and predict it will prove a cult classic.

i think it'll be the wii u's donkey kong jungle beat in that sense. a short, inventive and quietly influential game at a budget price with unique controls (and both were done by the same ead team--the folks who made the two galaxy games).

Sounds right up my alley; bite-sized nuggets of elegant fun wrapped up in a charming presentation.
I can go elsewhere for my grand spectacle and fast-paced action, sometimes I want something more chill. :)

I expected mid 80's but the score is still good.

I'd probably end up giving Treasure Tracker an 85 and Smash a 60, so be thankful I'm not a reviewer. :p

Pre-ordered this on Amazon UK for £25 yesterday, then Captain Toad was removed from the listing and popped back up with a "We'll let you know when this item is available." My pre-order is guaranteed, so hopefully that means there was a small influx of pre-orders and people have seen the light on Captain Toad's oversized head.

The only problem I see with this game is that it's too short.
The problem was that the Tokyo EAD was probably walking the fine line between too short and too long, and ended up erring on the side of shortness.

I WON A BET AGAINST AZUREN! WOOOOOOOOOOAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

May I ask why? I assure you I am not here to flame you or anything, just curious.

I don't like fighting games in general, and I've always found the controls and physics in the Smash games to lack the tightness I expect from Nintendo games.

Fair enough. I also don't really like fighting games with the exception of the recent Naruto ones but when playing with friends I can play Smash for hours.
