 Wii U barely goes up every holiday  which doesn't sound like the case with amazon fr which has it pretty high up there plus smash bros anticipation.

I remember MK8 week. Some sites pointed around 20k Wii U solds only in France and http://www.vgchartz.com/weekly/41791/France/

So, yeah. Probably undertracked.

Yep, i think the Wii U is undertracked in France , and until recently was undertracked quite significantly in Germany too.
