You surprised how many ppl like me don't have buy GTAV on ps3/xbox360 full know this will come on ps4/XboxOne.
I have do this for last of Us, and will for Dark Souls 2, devs is lazy in new gen and there alway lot of cross gen & port game.
Don't forget a thing too, every young ppl who get from 15 to 16 or 17 to 18, have new job/money and come in the game market, its why game have legs too, new ppl comming every day so after more then 1 years... normal i would say.
