PS3's software sales pass 70 million for the year. A 20 plus million lead over the 360 in second place. However, the 360's time in second place is coming to an end, as the PS4's yearly software sales should see it pass the 360's next week.

PS3 total software sales pass 850 million.

Vita total software sales pass 30 million.

PS4 has it's biggest weekly software sales so far. With just under 6 million units of software sold.

Aren't most of those games better on PC? Serious question as I don't buy many games on my PC.

Depends on what kind of PC. having just any PC is not a gurantee your game will look better compared to PS4, in fact, chances are its the other way around

Yep, and mostly I don't play games on PC, so even if you could play Far Cry4 at 4k, I will still prefer to play PS4 at 1080p in my living room on a comfortable sofa in front of my Samsung 55''.  Just my taste.

It's selling brilliantly, so yes it has made a comeback. 

A 'fire sales' come back only in NA. In the Global PS4 is crushing XOne.

Less than 1.5:1 is crushing?

I remember a time when 2:1 was the minimum expectation in the US and between 5:1 and 8:1 was the expectation in Europe....

It'll come back to that probably after the holidays, its unrealistic to expect a gap that big during the holiday season.

This.  I have never understood when people use PC version of games as a argument that multiplatform games on consoles don't count when in reality, those are the games that are pushing the ps4 right now because the majority of gamers play on consoles and not on PC.  It's just that the majority of those gamers are choosing ps4 as their primary console for gaming and that's fact.
