Silver lining is they didn't sell that many.

They should be forced to refund everyone that expected AAA exclusives...

whats the last AAA Vita game you bought? :)

I suppose PS Allstars battle royale. I also bought AC Liberation (yuk). Some more if you count cross-buy.

I'm pretty sure this was advertised, at least in Brazil it even got to television.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p2qlHoxPioM

Also bullshot and fake footage in TV is the same... but I get it, MS never done it even if evidence contradicts it.

In that commercial at the bottom it clearly states actual features and functionality may vary. The commercial then stated there's a new way to play and that you are the controller; all true.  It shows a kid fighting in front of a screen and another racing using just her bare hands, both you can do on kinect. Then it states you can use your whole body; also true. Then it states it tracks full body motion; again, true. It then states that you can use your own gear; kinect IS capable of doing this but not sure how many games (if any) take advantage of it, but still, nothing illegal here since the feature exists. Facial recognition exists, connecting and sharing exists, voice recognition exists, controller free entertainment also exists.

I don't get the point of the video...?

Sony did something different. They advertised specific features that never came to fruition or just simply didn't exist. Microsoft deals with ALOT more lawsuits than Sony does so its not like MS isn't targeted. If MS did the same thing Sony did then MS would get sued just like Sony did.

So it isn't lying if you put small letters in the footer saying the ad may not cover the entire reality or it's just a protection against suing?

About Sony lawsuit it wasn't because one feature never came to fruition (altough 3G MP didn't worked for it, altough it works for playing from ps4) but mainly because of a function that wasn't applied to all games (crossplay).

Anyway as I said no one is complaining Sony got sued, but the idea that MS haven't done it.

Why would anyone want a refund on a Vita? Best handheld of all time, bar none! Now... if only it had the games to go along with that...

It isn't a refund, you dom't have to give back your console, you just get money! Too bad mine was in Nov 2012. 50 bucks in PSN credit would get me 2 or 3 games on a good sale.

Pretty sure I resisted mine early, too. Had to deactivate one of my PSP consoles to get my digital games to work on Vita. Free game! I can't wait!

Yes it matters if they're exclusives or not, because exclusives are what make people buy a system, unless it has great third party support, which can't exactly be said about the Vita. I'm not that keen on JRPGs, so that basically makes most of the Vita's library unnapealing to me.
