Ah. You can't imagine how frustrating this kind of topic is to people who don't understand satire.

Still, glad that PS4 is undertracked for the time being (makes me feel better when Sony beats our predictions)

Well blame my poor english :)

vgc could be undertracking ps4 for the cases I said but overtracking in other situations (altough i don't think is the case) ps4 is still on course to surprise us with 20M by year end.

Poor english is better than poor grammar, the latter of which you aren't a victim of.

Looking at the situation currently, PS4 would almost have to sell 1 Mil a week in December to reach 20M by 01.01.15

How do you expect that to happen? Is there historical launch data that suggests this is possible? I play for the blue team and I badly want to see Playstations continued success but 20M looks ambitious today.

History shows that generally Jan-August/September = September/October-December... Going by the PS4 announcement on August and sales on August+September and estimating end year on that basis gave 21M PS4 (which seems excessive because of possible lack of stock and possibly demand) but 20M is feasible altough 19M is the "guaranteed" number...

Several times the top selling console gets 1M-1.5M(altough this extreme just Wii got once) on Black friday and can get another 3-4M in December. So keep your hopes up.

So.........they will return it somewhere else or sell it?

I'm confused.

Sony didn't accept the return claims so the customer have to keep the console and #dealwithit, this causes VGC to go back and reconsider the sale of bundles.

Is this true? If so, link please?

No, it's a joke thread. I don't think Sony even sold 900k Destiny bundle :p

link?

Nintendo tried to bolster there numbers using this tactic by putting vast amounts of water in all there games hoping it'd cause thousands of returns. Unfortunately nobody bought them in the first place to return them.

It seems like Sony refused the returns of the Destiny bundles saying insatisfaction isn't a valid claim to return a product and demanded its customer to #dealwithit.

This caused a reversal of a report made earlier this quarter http://gamrconnect.vgchartz.com/thread.php?id=192863

So VGC accounted all refused returns as propper sales and buffed ps4 numbers by 900k today (showing our dear mod that I won't name was wrong when he said VGC don't deduct sales of returned items. Said mod never presented evidence to disprove op nor presented a more valid theory).

Sony is now processing DC returns and we may see further 300-500k adjustmentz really soon. Stay tuned for more news.

now discuss.

Is this true? If so, link please?

there is one link in this OP, and another one on the OP that is linked.

It will show how many people were returning their Destiny bundles... and if you look there were also reports of MS banning people that scammed them by clamming reimbursement under "didn't like" assumption... so it very well matches the theory in the OP... if it wasn't an investigative work (for which I can't reveal my source as the journalist code demands) but a speech gave by Sony I wouldn't need to post it, right?

Serious matter inded...

But they could try to sell it in Brazil, we have a severe deficit on rain right now.

And totally backed by evidence available at the moment.
