So many things wrong

1)Nintendo is in an average position overall. If he's on about wii u, nintendo is in a rubbish position.
2)Appeal to core gamers now. The non call of duty/action games market. They even lost the casual gamers.

The only thing you can confuse with a Nintendo console/handheld is another Nintendo console/handheld

Nintendo is in a great position but they're failing to take advantage of that position. Catering to a large group of people is fine, though it does make it harder to please everyone when the userbase is so diverse. But making games that connect various audiences is one of Nintendo's greatest strengths and a big reason for why Wii U is still a thing after all of the mishaps. They just need to utilise that strength even more!

l'd say Nintendo systems probably have high gender balance then the others, so I'd give them that.

Wiiu nope, the only reason its even selling is cause it has games that people want, specially Nintendo fans. Hardware wise, it doesn't really have a place considering how low its selling. The 3ds on the other hand, yep, it 100% has a place in the market
