meh, I've moved on. If you were only going to get the free PS+ version (like me) you're not really a racing fan (like me). If it eventually comes to PS+ perhaps it will be the full version of the game as the normal monthly instant game collection game. That way PS+ members will actually get a better deal. Andfewer people will be playing at that stage which means even less chance of server problems. Seems like a potential win-win for PS+ members who are only somewhat interested in racing games (like me).

I've seen your other post on other threads.  Plus I never said you are, but you seem like it.  So only blame yourself for giving yourself that impression to others.

The game devs clearly did not have the resources(one way or another) to put out the game they had hoped to in the time they were allotted. Certainly the free/demo version is at the bottom of the priority list. It hurts the studios image, but they should have had better long term planning. The free version is coming, anyways why would you want to play this game in its current state? It seems many people are underwhelmed that they are in essence playing a beta version of the game.

It's a pretty normal MMO launch. DriveClub's server-information complexity makes it a technical MMO.

Only when the game's servers are 100% perfect for extended time will Sony be willing to put out the free version.

Truth be told, I'm not mad when they make mistakes or even lie. It just pisses me off when people make excuses for them and then hypocritically accuse other fanbases of doing the same thing.

Why in the hell is it the consumer's fault when they get mad at a company for making a mistake? What kind of nonsensical complacent attitude is that?

I see you all other the anti DC thread you created and you even necro'd it adding nothing to the discussion. Now you have created this. You are no even trying to promote a healthy debate but rather trying to continue negative Sony news. Nercoing for the sake of it should be a ban in itself.

We understand that it's not acceptable and trust me, this is doing Sony harm. If you want to bring up an update on the situation then at least provide info and not just a few lines to cause arguments.

The point is not to make look Sony bad. Every company has flaws, Sony is far from perfect so exposing the mistakes they make shouldn't really matter that much. The reason why this thread exists and the other was necro'd is to expose hypocrisy. How lavishly criticism will be doused upon opposing fanbases and the competing companies they defend but the very second I post something about Sony making a mistake, I get labeled as Anti-Sony. I mean its as though people can't be critical of the things they are fans of.

You actually made a bit of sense with that. Why would you want to make yourself look like a dumb fanboy. Why don't you create a thread then that highlights what you just said instead of being just another thread complaining about company X just to cause arguments and achieve nothing?

We have enough of those threads and would be better to see threads that can encourage a good debate. Of course no matter how hard you try you will get people who will derail it but you will get a better response and people will take you more serious if you act more serious.
