Does this mean X1 is no longer doomed?!

Praise the One.

I think November 8 numbers will be adjusted down. No logical reason for November 1st Xbox One to adjusted up and PS4 down.

As I already wrote: It only took a holiday season, price cut and a brand new blockbuster game bundled for free to beat PS4 in early September, at full price, and a brand new blockbuster game at an additional cost.

Not something to really celebrate.

does it pass the smell test?

not to overuse amazon but the destiny bundle sat in the 4-7th position for months and climbed to 28th position on the yearly chart.  tons of launch events and a mad rush of gamers.

price drop week xbox certainly did well but most of the bundles dropped out the top 20 in a day and not a one made it into the yearly charts.   the top bundle was the AC bundle which wouldn't be in this weeks numbers either as AC launch on the 11th.

i'm just not so sure i believe that xbox did 25% better last week than the ps4 destiny launch.

Didn't they release that bundle on the 2nd though? With a download code for AC that will activate as soon as it actually launches.

it was a download code?  oh snap, my bad.  i thought it was a disc.

I think it was a disc of AC Black Flag and a code for Unity. I only know that because I discussed it in another thread and got it wrong. So just hope I'm right this time

Surely both were download codes. All X1 bundles have been codes so far.

Would help to point this out though. PS4+ destiny $449. XB1 price drop is $349 + free game.

In one case you are spending more than you would to get a PS4 and in another case you are spending considerably less to get an XB1.
