Forums - Sony - Thanks For Loving Games - Playstation 20th Anniversary

14 years ago was when I got my first PlayStation.

I am truly humbled.

I've been a member of this big family since 1998. :')

Way to go PlayStation! Impressive achievement and with your age, may it bring wisdom, innovations, joy and happiness to all that make PlayStation, the players playing them, and Devs that make it possible. Thank you.

Went for Saturn back then but thanks to emulators (dat Bleem! back then...) I played all the classics that released on PSX. Great times, especially FF7, FF9 and Xenogears.

Still cant believe this was a thing.

Anyway PS1 was my first console but I was too young to actually remember much of it. By the time we hit the year 2000 and I was turning 5 we had already moved on to the N64 which I speant most of my childhood with before moving to PS2. Didnt get a PS3 until 2011 (family had a Wii, I mean what family didnt) and yet hear I am today just 3 years later with my PS4

I wonder if we will see Dragon Quest XI.

I'm no PS fanboy, but PlayStation is a great console experience, so happy 20th Anniversary.

Keep an PlayStation Access every tuesday for more happy PlayStation memories.

This is also worth watching. It's the evelution of PlayStation from PS1 to just before PS4 launched.

And finally I found this while browsing the PlayStation Access YouTube channel.
