Awesome!

yeah but they showed us more than half of the overworld in that cutscene..so a huge chunk is probably playable it just wasnt ready to be shown. also mostly when they show us a new zelda game its a cutscene or a few cutscenes.. |
Not true unfortunately. They have traditional been revealed in fairly meaty gameplay reveals.
Windwaker announcement over a year before its japanese release.
Twilight Princess princess just over a bit over year from its initially sceduled october 2005 release.
Skyward Sword 15months before its release
Going by Nintendo's past patterns, this game isn't coming out next year. Of course Nintendo can change their tactics at any time and probably more importantly, times are different now as we have N directs and stuff. So there is still plenty of chance that could get a proper gameplay reveal in the nex few months but if, but if that doesn't happen till E3 2015 like Aonuma is saying then there is slim chance of this title arriving before 2016.

They would, they did it for twilight princess. Chances are the Wii U won't be salvagable by fall 2015 anyway, so there won't be too much use in forcing the teams hand and rushing the game.
Smash Bros is more a situation where they couldn't afford to let it miss November this year could have been the Wii U's resurgance

After Pikmin 3, Xenoblade Chronicles X, Tropical Freeze, Wii Fit U, Wii Party U, and in PAL Captain Toad and Kirby, I've learned to expect delays when it comes to Nintendo on Wii U. |
Even Smash bros 3ds
I believe the game will release in november 2015. At least I hope it does...

thats why I said 'mostly cutscenes'..and Zelda U was shown at this years E3 so from that point till next year it will be over a year since announcement. and by your pattern 2015 is the release date not 2016 or else what you said doesnt make sense.

Star Fox better make next Holiday then, or else Wii U could have a pretty bleak Holiday lineup. I guess maybe Pokken Fighters will be positioned as the big game if there's no Zelda. |
Lol, what they showed of Zelda was at least a complete cutscene... Starfox however hasn't even had an official reveal, its a 2016 release gaurnteed (unless platinum jump on boad).
Nintendo have stuff they haven't revealed for 2015, probably another mario game or platformer, something unexciting like Animal crossing and probably a 3rd party collaboration.
Q1- Kirby
Q2- Splatoon, Mario Party 10, Devils 3rd
Q3- X , Yoshi, Mario Maker
Q4- Mario game, Pokken, Animal Crossing

Thats what happens when you take high end gameplay from a pc and assume its running on a console, but your comment is merely a deflection. If a full year of development didnt improve things there would be something very wrong. |
If I'm not wrong, he says that it's better NOW, not a year from now: "Now it looks more amazing than what was shown at E3."

huh?
The point was actually regarding how far in advance we see real gameplay. Zelda Wii U's reveal was more a less one big cutscene and so marks as the only reveal in the last decade that didn't feature core gameplay content. To me at least that says a lot, especially considering how eager they were to show off MK8 and Smash last year. Anyway, time will tell...
E3, the only event I care about. I cannot wait to see this. Hopefully, the shading moves away from too much toon.
