I suppose this is the sliver lining about game releases being a few days after the US we get the chance to observe any fallout from the reviews lol!

I personally LOVE the Assassin's Creed games and have both Unity and Rogue on their way to me at the moment... hopefully the game will be patched soon to correct the framerate issues!

And that makes it ok????? Damn whats wrong with gamers these days? Is it that they don't realize they are actually paying money for this stuff? Would anyone go out and pay money for spoilt rotten food?

When is enough? 

  • Every official video of the game they showed is nothing like hwta the final game actually looks like (false marketing)
  • The game is riddled with performance and even breaking issues. (poor development)
  • they were aware of this and forced an embargo (release your review early and we will no longer send you review copies) on reviews that meant reviews for the game could only come 12hrs after the game had gone on sale (some mafia and anti consumer type shit)
  • Tacking on $90 of ingame microtransactions for a $60 game that is already poorly made.
I do not mind the people that know nothing about all these issues. Its the people that know about them all and still go and give ubisoft their money. I am not even saying they shouldn't buy the game at all. But come on!! wait. Let ubisoft stew in their foolhardines for a month and work extra hard to put out fixes for what can be fixed. Let them know they can't just make shit and push false marketing and still expect gamers to throw money at  them.
Sigh.....some gamers are just sad. having fun? Please, yu could be having much more fun with the game if they just actually made it work. But it sok, keep telling them that you are willing to pay for shit.

Ocarina of Time framerate fluctuated from 14 to 20 FPS on N64.

Hmm, no wonder Target and a few others are pushing a black friday Xbone bundle for $330 with AC4 and Unity.. Thought it seemed a bit too generous. Ah well, I'll probably still pick up the bundle. Even taking the game out of the equation, it's still a great deal as it also comes with a $50 gift card.

Well of course it doesn't make it ok, but its not specific to Ubisoft or just this game.

Why are people mad about this game?
Why should I boycott? Simply because they are releasing a new AC every year?
Doesn't mean I shouldn't buy it. It just means I have more to choose from

After being hyped into preordering destiny i am going back to being more cautious. Glad i didnt pick up this although i might get it down the line once the bugs are fixed. Maybe it can coincide with a pricedrop.. I got my eye on far cry 4 instead but seeing as this is also ubisoft ill wait for reviews to come in.
