I'm open to the new style (I miss 90s style 3D platformers something rotten), but after the crapfest that was Lost World I'm not giving Sonic the benefit of the doubt anymore.

Hu? The Letter was/is chockfull of people outright stating the game was trash. That may have died off as people stopped giving a crap about the game.

It's still remarcable. I know the Sonic franchise it's not in danger (if it didn't dissapear with 06, Boom won't do a thing), but the growing apathy for the franchise is worrying.

I'm pretty sure when the game actually is reviewed properly it won't be too bad, and I actually enjoyed Lost World, so who knows. Maybe this will be borderline OK too!
