Hmm...obviously you're missing a few.  Memento is considered by many to be his best.  As is Prestige...but you've certainly seen the majority of his films.  I'd seriously give those last two a shot....just so you could say with confidence how much you don't like what he does.  You only have a few left (not counting Insomnia or The Following).
