the most hated developer/publisher who can admit they made mistakes and apologize with free DLC and free games for people who bought the season pass on watchdogs and ACU (not sure about FC4), why hate them now!

Becasue they knowingly release utter shit.

DC or MCC online issues were atleast unexpected, all you have to do is attemp to play Units single player and you know the shit is broken.  There is no legitamete tiny excuses Ubi can use.  They knowing released an unfinished game with massive issues.  

although Demise's account has been banned im sure he is still lurking in the shadows, Ubisoft don't release utter rubbish they just release poorly optimised games, if Watchdogs had been purely next gen and PC im sure it would have performed much better than it did as for Far cry 4 that's performing much better, the only game which has really been hit by very bad performance is ACU but as this is 2014 not 2006 patches/updates are released as soon as possible fixing the issues, if gamers were a little more patient like they were during the 6th and 7th generation of consoles Ubi could have spent a bit more time sorting out the bugs!
