Forums - Nintendo - what will Wii U line up look like in 2016?

Hopefully, everything that they have shown would release by or before 2016.

Proud to be the first cool Nintendo fan ever

Number ONE Zelda fan in the Universe

DKCTF didn't move consoles

Prediction: No Zelda HD for Wii U, quietly moved to the succesor

Predictions for Nintendo NX and Mobile

I still think they will announce a new console in 2016

PSN & XBOX GT : cutzman25

I dont think there is a point in making diddy kong racing 2. Mario kart is already becoming Nintendo kart. There wont be much material left for Diddy.
A new F-zero though, would be different enough from mario kart to warrant its own game. Also, with what seems to be the death of wipeout, Nintendo can corner fans of futuristic, more arcade like racers.

Metroid
Animal Crossing
Super Mario Galaxy 3
Paper Mario
smaller eShop titles

Probably just a bunch of games of the same typical Nintendo franchises. But Nintendo seems to have that 1 game that outshines them all that's different than their usual each year so far.

2014: Bayonetta 2
2015: Xenoblade Chronicles X
2016: ...can't wait to find out

Well I don't want to predict new games, so I'll just play it safe:
March - Diddy Kong Racing
May - Pokkén Tournament
June - Animal Crossing
July - Paper Mario
September - Star Fox
October - Metroid
November - Mario Galaxy 3
December - F-Zero

EDIT: Oh what the hell. Added the "bold prediction" titles in italic.
(damn those last 4 months look way too extreme, there's no way we're getting something like that)

Now they're BOLD!!!

We know of a decent amount of Wii U games scheduled for next year (Kirby, Yoshi, Mario Maker, Splatoon, Xenoblade, Mario Party, Devil's Third, Zelda, Star Fox). Once all these titles release the majority of Nintendo's big games will have released, so my question is what games will we likely see in 2016? I think Star Fox will get delayed so I think the line up could look something like this

Feb-Diddy Kong Racing Returns

April-Star Fox

June-Pokken Tournament

August-Paper Mario

October-Metroid

November-Animal Crossing

Amazing.... Zelda U, Xenoblade, 5th DLC to Mario Kart. J/k  I'm really hoping to play Xenoblade in 2015.

I think if Nintendo can partner up with a few more development studios they could have great Metroid, Star Fox, other Nintendo's franchise game.

Huryle warriors showed the power of nintendo franchise. Hyrule might actually sell over 1 million lifetime.

Looking forward to EA 2015.... Zelda U, Xenoblade, Retro new game, Suprise titles?

That would be more title that came out 2012-2015. But I could see other studios partnering up with Nintendo making your impossible list a reality.
