Another classic is Septerra Core, a western game with a heavy Japanese influence. Both are old VGA PC games, but still hold up today.

For something more recent, try Resonance of Fate. And Solatorobo on DS (warning, it's quite furry). There's also a cool steampunk platformer on sale on PSN right now (first time I've seen it on sale) called Rocket Knight.

I'm very tempted by Arcanum, sooner or later I'll buy it.

Although I'm not a fan of the whole genre, one of my favourite series ever is Thief, that's probably the best stealth game and has strong steampunk elements, particularly in the second game of the series.
In my backlog I have Torchlight too, an RPG with some steampunk elements, I'll keep it for my old portable, as it's one of my few games it can run at top settings, or even beyond if there are some patches like for Torment.
Planescape: Tormen has some steampunk elements too, but they aren't really central, except maybe if joining the Godsmen faction or recruiting Nordom, it can't be considered a steampunk game.
