It doesn't go off a 24 hour cycle it's hourly. The XB1 bundle dropped to 3rd minutes after the arrow went from green to red.

Let me just say this then, ps4 will stop having any arrow in about 1-2 updates. This is a fact.

Again that just means it sold less than the past hour, it has nothing to do with positions. For example the PlayStation 4 Black Friday Bundle (Lego Batman 3 and Little Big Planet 3) has always been pointing up and yet dropped places.

This may seem stupid. But the PS4 bundle at #1 has 134 reviews since it released, while the XB1 bundle has 138 reviews.

XB1 has been getting reviews since nov 2. PS4 since nov 27.

Either a lot more sales or ridiculous proportion of people reviewing it.
