It doesn't go off a 24 hour cycle it's hourly. The XB1 bundle dropped to 3rd minutes after the arrow went from green to red.

Again that just means it sold less than the past hour, it has nothing to do with positions. For example the PlayStation 4 Black Friday Bundle (Lego Batman 3 and Little Big Planet 3) has always been pointing up and yet dropped places.

Also the PlayStation 4 Destiny Bundle is now at $439.99. Wonder what was the point of such hidden and short lived discount for that Bundle.
