It was at 13 before the scams started so we'll never know what the legit boost was.

I'm now pretty sure it's had an effect on the hourly. That being said their a quite a few reviews posted today from verified purchasers.

Those bundles are BF bundles. Haven't been on sale yet.

No, it went down to 13 last night when Xbox One was #12. You know this because its when you didn't respond to my comment about PS4 not being above Xbox One. It started going up at around noon EST when the scams started.
