Judging by this chart, I'd say that CoD is still very much an Xbox franchise in the US.
Call of duty on x360 have more pre-order then ps4 lol

PS4 - over 100 millions let's say 120m
Xbox One - 70m
Wii U - 25m
Vita - 15m if it will not get Final Fantasy Kingdoms Heart and Monster Hunter 20m otherwise
3DS - 80m
Witcher 3 XBO is lagging behind the PS4 version
