Ben drowned is my one of my favorite creepypastas. It's kind of like "we know it's fake, but if any creepypasta were to be real... it would be like this".

I love the whole Lavender Town Syndrome creepy pasta though... I'm glad I learned about it at an older age because I wouldn't be able to sleep for months as a kid hearing this song stuck in my head...

Heh.. I actually like that version much more than the original one.

Although this form of the song is superior and I like it more, I feel it to be WAY TOO DARK for the Vanilla release of Red/Green/Blue. Imagine flying from Pallet Town where the song is so chipper and innocent to Lavender Town and THIS??

BTW If this song would have been implemented instead of the final song released... Who knows if we would be having this convo today with 1000 Japanese kids committing suicide...
