I agree with you guys but it does have some nice graphic and it still hasn't been maxed out.

Your theories are the worst kind of popular tripe, your methods are sloppy, and your conclusions are highly questionable! You are a poor scientist. Especially if you think the moon landing was faked.

I forgot Endless Ocean, even if they worked more on the sea life than the divers.



A flashy-first game is awesome when it comes out. A great-first game is awesome forever.

Now that is well said and I agree.

The ps3/360 has the best graphics by far.

But the Wii can have good graphics in a DIFFERENT way. Art direction, etc.

Final Fantasy XII had great graphics for its world size and as a ps2 game. Not in comparison to ps3/360, but its graphics were good.

Wii is the same. It can have good graphics, but it should NOT be compared to the ps3 or 360. To do so is insulting to the ps3 and 360...AND THE WII. The wii has some amazing games and features, its graphics are GOOD, not GREAT. To argue that it has almost as good of graphics as the ps3/360 detracts from the advantages the Wii does have. Each of the consoles has strengths and weaknesses. To try to turn it into a "God" console that has the best of everything is stupid.

Wii has nice graphics, but on x360/ps3 graphics would "suck", if ps3/x360 would have such games.

2009.04.30 - PS3 will OUTSELL x360 atleast by the middle of 2010. Japan+Europe > NA.


Gran Turismo 3 - 1,06 mln. in 3 weeks with around 4 mln. PS2 on the launch.
Gran Turismo 4 - 1,16 mln. with 18 mln. PS2 on the launch.

Final Fantasy X - around 2 mln. with 5 mln. PS2 on the launch.
Final Fantasy X-2 - 2.4 mln. with 12 mln. PS2 on the launch.

 

1.8 mln. PS3 today(2008.01.17) in Japan. Now(2009.04.30) 3.16 mln. PS3 were sold in Japan.
PS3 will reach 4 mln. in Japan by the end of 2009 with average weekly sales 25k.

PS3 may reach 5 mln. in Japan by the end of 2009 with average weekly sales 50k.
PS2 2001 vs PS3 2008 sales numbers =) + New games released in Japan by 2009 that passed 100k so far

the big difference is Resolution (including textures) and aliasing.

I think that might be why I don't care about graphics. Because I cannot tell, to save my life, the difference in those pictures. At all. Not even a noticable difference.

The Wii is only slightly more powerful than an xbox, so it couldn't even run a generation one PS3 or 360 game. The Cpu is 730mhz and it has 88mb total ram. Here are the specifications:

That being said, this is a flame bait topic. It is impossible for the Wii to run any PS3 games, which is why there is no Wii DMC4. Capcom would have to redo the whole game.

hardware wise yes. But the gamecube could out prefom the x-box. Why because of the architecture.

 If you knew about graphics you would know specs aren't the only thing that determines performance.
