Even if you get the disc, you would have to imstall it.

But I can uninstall and reinstall as much as I like without hitting into my bandwidth cap. (I'm not always using my landline which has data-free Xbox Live.)
Installing from disc is also faster than my 25Mbps landline connection.

Besides, I'm starting a new games collection that will reside next to my Xbox 360 stack of games, it just wouldn't be the same if it was *all* digital.
And with Physical being the same price as digital, both being expensive, I'll stick with physical, at-least then retailers/shipping companies/disc manufacturers get paid which helps gives people a job.
