If you have a fanboy leant, and know you can't help it, lol, just don't make a list for the Wii or DS. It's not your fault that you don't like the Wii, or that you LOVE your PS3, that's just you.
I can name interesting past games like Wii Sports, Mario Galaxy, The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess, Metroid Prime 3 and probably Paper Mario which would interest me. But I have a feeling Nintendo shot off its big guns early and is pretty much left with Mario Kart as a high profile blockbuster.
Anyway, if you like RPG's, like I think you do, since your a PS3 owner, you should check out my DS list, man, the DS has some freakin' awesome RPG's this year.
I love Oblivion (Dungeon Master on the AtariST/Amiga was my favourite game of 1986), but I haven't touched a Final Fantasy game yet. RPGs on the DS don't seem interesting to me, if I ever buy a Final Fantasy game it will probably be for the PS3. Multiplayer DS games appeal to me most.
Anyway, tell your sister to check out "Fragile" on gametrailers, I think it will get her really excited.
Don't know, not much there yet at gametrailers (just a short Japanese debut trailer?)...
P.S. should have added Civilzation Revolution (multi) and Tomb Raider: Underworld (multi) to my 360 list.
