I dont think its that bad, they just need to focus on their top end range of phones, a proper release in the states and possibly review their release schedule which is much shorter than other manufacturers.

I'm one of the people who actually think its worth it for Sony to stick around in mobile, given the progress they have made with their Xperia Z lineup.
