I don't know enough about US history to go too far back in time.

Any president that cuts taxes is a good president to me. Seriously, I need to save some money for more gamezzz.

I think the worst president in my lifetime (Clinton, George W Bush and Obama) has to be Obama.

He raised taxes.
Implemented regulations that make companies have a hard time creating jobs / make a profit.
However, the worst thing has to be Obama care. It is too flawed. I believe the best way for Health care to be affordable is to allow doctors do their own practices, get rid of lobbyists who are pushing for expensive medical equipment and let capitalism do its job.

I will however commend him on deporting illegal immigrants.

Found the thread I made: http://gamrconnect.vgchartz.com/thread.php?id=143724&page=

Those things listed, while not all accurate, do not make him worse than Bush by any means.  Obama has had the worst Congress I've ever seen since he started his second term.
This is a terrible thread for the sheer fact most people only remember Bush and Obama in detail as well as some Clinton.
OP also did not list all the pros of a lot of the presidents and gave a massive, biased list of cons.

People should stop posting here.

George Bush of course!

Great list OP.

I've read several biographies on Lincoln, and more importantly looked at his record, and it's mind boggling that he's held as such a one-dimensional 'hero' figure. I think if he hadn't been assassinated he would be viewed quite differently.

He is hands-down the worst of them all when it came to taking us from a Republic of strong states to a more centralized supreme government system. The fact that he let that Nazi Sherman wage total war on US civilians (quite literally murdering unarmed women and children, old people, everything) on the march to the sea is an unforgivable sin. It would be like today if we had another civil war, a leader authorizing the army to march from Columbus to New York, executing everyone at will, burning hospitals, etc.

There are some POTUS that I actually quite like such as Eisenhower, Kennedy, and Teddy Roosevelt on your list, but they are imperfect as you note. In my opinion they are more valuable for the things they did right than the damage they did with their mistakes. Ike's farewell address, instead of a friendly puff piece, was a dire warning against things that I'm sure he had already come to regret about the CIA's growing power along with the political gamesmanship that profited from increasing cold war tensions and perpetrating new armed conflicts around the world.

I actually think Reagan was an okay POTUS, but he actually did very little. That whole administration was rotten to the core due to GHWB and his CIA goons running the show. At the Republican National Convention during the run-up to the election for 1980, Reagan shocked everyone by naming GHWB his running mate late at night. The two men hated each other, But somehow a shaken and tired looking Reagan indeed trotted out on stage to announce that. And from there, we got Iran-Contra, all kinds of South American bullshit, more involvement with the precursors to AQ, etc. All basically hallmarks of mr spook himself. GHWB has to rank in the very top of horrible Presidents, and his rule was 1980 to 1992. Ironically, his son was played very much the same way for Cheney's rule from 2000 to 2008, controlled by the very same interests, and hallmarked by the same horrible kinds of actions.

Not a fan of anyone, nor do I hate anyone, but US companies have made more money during Obama's time, and the stock market has reached higher levels than at any other time in US history. Sorry to burst your bubble there, but that is just something the media has fed you. As for healthcare, socializing a system in a country with no public hospitals, no infrastructure and then comparing it to countries that have a whole health care system owned by the government (think police stations ) AND a seperate one owned by private entities (think your health care system), now that is just daft. Unless the US govt wants to build an entire infrastructure of hospitals and doctors, then that was never going to work. Instead, he tried to use the private health sector as some kind of hybrid, syphoning money from public coffers into private hands and then regulating them. Like wtf?

Just like when Americans try to call other countries socialist  and compare the private here to the public there rather than to the private there(because they have a choice between private and public. That is not socialist), it is clear that the population here has no idea what was going on, and neither did he.

I don't know much about American politics but from what I gather from the OP, it seems OP would rather have no government at all?

Also, it seems like entering WW2 was a bad move by Roosevelt for America in OPs mind?

Probably Truman as he ended up being one of the biggest war criminal of history.

But of course as far as internal US politics are concerned I can't tell which ones were the worst.
