Remind me again which AAA game from Sony except the last of us which is a remake so technically doesn't count, scores above 80, oh yeah none (BURN to Sonyfans and myself actually but fuck it as my avatar is Quark I may say things which are completely not rational) so by that reason all Sony exclusives are overhyped. This game scores very well espically considering what kind of game it is, just like bayonetta which seems the only NEW (exclusive) AAA title which will score higher than 90+ which is a title with little hype.

I know I just love to put a few facts under peoples nose especially to defend the smallest install base, even though I do not own a Xbox one, I see no reason of Sonyfans to bash the game, so I give them a small reminder of how playstation is doing at this very moment not that great, unfortunately and this truely concerns me they even don't have to, because the console sells great anyway.

I bought a WiiU at launch on the knowledge that 1 day I would get Zelda, that was all it took to sell me on it

I'm truly hoping once this Holiday season goes by with still zero exclusive reasons to own a PS4 people are going to finally wake up and stop buying them off of the hype alone. But then again, people love to be sheep so that probably won't happen.

Not everyone buys a console based solely on its current exclusive line up (though both the PS4 and X1's are perfectly acceptable for consoles in their 1st year). That's somewhat irreverent though, most people buy consoles for 3rd party titles. As long as people continue to see the PS4 as a preferable place to play multi-plats, it will continue to sell well.

Exclusives are important for attracting the inner core market, and major titles like Halo and Uncharted can help pull in the outer core market, but past that exclusives aren't hugely important to most. They make up a tiny fraction of the list of titles released each year.
