Call me weird (because I am) but I used to love singstar growing up.
Would not touch it now though, not unless they add music I like... yeah no even then I would struggle. While I enjoy many genres I have 4 faves, KPop, Vocaloid, Nightcore and Metal. So yeah 3 of the 4 I would struggle like a bitch to sing =P

Let me guess, you do a pretty good Hatsune Miku impression?

Name me some casuals games on Playstation that sold a lot

Well, that depends on what a Casual game actually is. But a lot of people that buy Fifa and CoD are casuals. And then you have a lot of platformers (Crash, Ratchet, Sly, Jak, Medieval, LBP etc.) that just apeal to everyone and nearly every PS platformer franchise in the history is a multi-million seller. Buzz games sold a lot on PS2 and also on PS3 those games had decent sales nearing a couple million in total. There is also Guitar Hero 2 sold 5 million on PS2 and Guitar Hero 3 sold over 7 million on PS2/3. All lego games sell well on Playstation systems.

I don't call people who play fifa or cod casuals but it's because we don't have the same definition on it but Playstation was always the platform for those games,i can say Guitar hero is huge but Singstar don't look huge, buzz is the same as Singstar they release  more then 10 games but none sell more then 2 millions

You can't measure how much they did sold, because they are releasing different custom game for each European country. So for example they have base game for each year, and they customize with different music list, name, additional events etc.

SingStar Eska: Hity na Czasie (polish), SingStar Italian Party, SingStar Turkish Party is basically the same game - and it was released in many different countries with different name, i just mention 3 as example. It's impossible to even count them and their sales from each individual countries.
But anyway, even VG charts provides 20 mln cumulative sales for franchise, and it doesn't even list all the titles that was released. So with that criteria, it's big.

Release the beast!

I was out on the lash last night and while at the pre drinking party i noticed a singstar PS4 ad. Sony obviously going after some casuals this xmas and with LBP3 to come they may well get a lot of them.
