No, the chart in the OP is for units sold and includes Full Price and Budget software. There are separate Full Price and Budget charts available on the Chart-Track website. There is also a value chart which generally has less DS and Wii software charting than the Units chart for obvious reasons.

No not really. We see the 360 with two games in the top 5 and PS3 no games in the top 10. We also see Lost selling better on Xbox 360 than on Playstation 3 (I see you conveniently left that one out).

Just because PS3 has 1 more game in the top but they are all much lower ranked. Probably just because 360 is a older system, people are buying fewer but more varied PS3 titles, overall 360 selling more software.


You are right Xbox360 is selling more software but the difference is very small (16.0% vs 14.9% in February). You are basing your theory on on 2 titles that just have debuted - but they probably won't be that high next week. In the same way a week ago (when UT3 debuted on PS3) PS3 had advantage over X360.

Wow at Nintendo in Germany. As long as the 360 is the shooter console in Germany it will never do well with shooters owning the PC.
