Couch MP competitively: Super Smash Bros. Melee
Couch MP cooperatively: Super Mario 3D World
Online MP: Mario Kart 8

I think that Super Smash Bros. for Wii U can top Melee (maybe not for professional players).

Single-Player: The Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker (favourite game of all time, can only be topped by another Zelda game, and I don't see that happening)

Single player: The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time

Multiplayer: Mario Kart 8

I would be surprised if either was dethroned. Both are masterworks, both the zenith of their respective genre. Maybe Splatoon or Smash Bros. (WiiU) could top MK8. Maybe. Ocarina is virtually untouchable.

Single-player: The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker HD
Competitive Multi-player: Super Smash Bros. Brawl
Co-operative Multi-player: Super Mario 3D World

I don't see Wind Waker being trumped for me, I love everything about the game. Brawl will almost certainly be trumped by Smash Wii U. I love Smash 3DS, but some there are too many small things holding it back that will almost certainly be fixed by Smash Wii U. 3D World annihilated New Super Wii and U, and I don't see it getting trumped any time soon.
