It's good that it's coming, but why must it come so late and for such a short timeframe? Definitely feels like they want to create a sense of urgency.

Yeah I thought the same thing.  Seems like they are trying their best to boost sales between now and untill Smash Bros. comes out since Wii U sales are kinda low in Japan these days.

Thank you nintendo.... and guys don't think a smash bundle wont come.... Nintendo has made some dumb moves before but these are the lead up bundles for hopefully something big.

I'm hoping just a little bit after these 2 bundles are launched nintendo announces 2 wii U smash bros bundle. One with game cube adapter and one without. Then they might manage from 500k-1mil in Japan over the holiday season. We know the vast majority of their sales will be from the US with smash coming now.

Btw Calling it now Ps4 destiny sold around 24 k. Wii U mario kart 8 sold 19k(20k) without a bundle. That bunndle added + holiday time (in a sense) + captain toad = 40k-50k week. Anyone willing to bet with me? 40k to 50k in Japan alone on that week

The Wii Party U bundles helped out a lot last year, hopefully these will do at least as well.
