aren't most of those 1st party games?
so of course they would be exclusive

So then when Wii fans make a list of their exclusives, they should just forget about anything made by Nintendo, and not list them?

Well I think I would agree with you, if the thread was meant to be about 3rd party exclusives, but that's not what the thread is for. A game being first party doesn't make something any less exclusive, it just makes its exclusivity obvious. A list of those games is still useful though because not everyone is aware of what all the first party developers are making at any given time.
Certainly a list of 3rd party exclusives would be more useful for gaging the health of developer interest in the platform, but I don't think that was the main purpose of this thread.

Japanese developers need to get off their ass and MAKE SOME RPG'S NOT FOR THE PS2!
We had two bags of grass, seventy-five pellets of mescaline, five sheets of high-powered blotter acid, a salt shaker half full of cocaine, a whole galaxy of multi-colored uppers, downers, screamers, laughers…Also a quart of tequila, a quart of rum, a case of beer, a pint of raw ether and two dozen amyls. The only thing that really worried me was the ether. There is nothing in the world more helpless and irresponsible and depraved than a man in the depths of an ether binge. –Raoul Duke
It is hard to shed anything but crocodile tears over White House speechwriter Patrick Buchanan's tragic analysis of the Nixon debacle. "It's like Sisyphus," he said. "We rolled the rock all the way up the mountain...and it rolled right back down on us...." Neither Sisyphus nor the commander of the Light Brigade nor Pat Buchanan had the time or any real inclination to question what they were doing...a martyr, to the bitter end, to a "flawed" cause and a narrow, atavistic concept of conservative politics that has done more damage to itself and the country in less than six years than its liberal enemies could have done in two or three decades. -Hunter S. Thompson

Also, SCEJ needs to get off it's ass and make ANYTHING for the ps3, JRPG or not.

Hey, it wouldn't be Ratchet without that, that Gladitor did lack that, then again, it lacked the normal insomniac touch

Unnanounced, ND's next game is almost certainly coming in 2009, and it is strongly rumoured to be Uncharted 2, as Christian Balladestra (co-president) said in an interview that they are starting work on Uncharted 2, but there have been no official announcements

I'd love a Jak 4, but I'd be fine either way. With the release of Uncharted, ND proved yet again why they are one of my favorite developers.
