It's confirmed 1080p on PS4.  I haven't heard anything about X1, but I would expect 1080p as well.  However keep in mind that this isn't a simple port, the yare truly remastering it just like TLOU and H2:A.



Prediction for console Lifetime sales:

Wii:100-120 million, PS3:80-110 million, 360:70-100 million

Hmmm not going to lie I want 60fps over 1080p, but if they can get both you won't see me complaining

It won't for sure in my opinion. It will be 1080p and locked 30fps. Infamous SS was a less ambitious game than GTA V and it was 30/40 fps at the best. Nothing against Second son, GTA V is just on another level. The map is bigger, the speed of movement the game can achieve with cars and plane is far higher and the environnement is more lively, there is more model, more open building... I would be really surprised otherwise. Rockstar are competant dev, they could achieve 60fps but it's unlikely to me.

there's a lot of stuff like particle effects, faces, and character movements that are more complex in SS though

Games built for this gen on the XBO have certainly been on seen to be 900p or less on more occasions, while the PS4 has had more on the 1080p side.
