I have no clue. But I will say this. This Christmas seems to have been good for the Wii U, at least in my area. I just went to Walmart, Toys-R-Us and EBgames, none had any Wii U in stock. My brother, a guy from work, an old coworker of my wife and one of her new coworkers just got a Wii U for Christmas. For all I know, that could have been half the Wii U's at those stores lol, but this is already better than last year from what I have seen.

Stores did order smaller shipments of Wii U due to it's low sales, So it doesn't surprise me it was sold out. The stores don't want to order more then what it is selling. After christmas sales will plummet.

That's entirely possible as well. I don't really have any doubts about that, but what I didn't mention was that the number of people that bought the Wii U that I know has more than doubled this christmas lol, me included. I'm not expecting much, but a big jump would certainly be nice and good for the Wii U. It really is a great console. So many people have such weird bias.

Gotta figure out how to set these up lol.

Indeed. I like this aspect of Microsoft. They are willing to listen their fans and make changes that people demand.

Xbox one has out performed everyone's expectations when it comes to sales and out performing Wii U. My original prediction was a gap of 2.5 but it could have a massive week for the 27th and put it closer to 3 million. I don't think this is likely but fun to ask.

Glad to see this playing out to be true. The funniest comment were assuming Smash U would make a gigantic sales increase.

It's nice that they did see a nice surge, I think they deserved it after the effort they put into reaching out to the customer.

Yeah, a gen only dominated by Sony would slow down innovation. Since MS and sony push the industry in new ways faster than Nintendo it is good to see the wii u rightfully  being dominated.

I guess 2,7 million gap.

I think that is a safe bet.  It will most likley add on about 300,000 and somewhere around 100,000-200,000 the last week.

Massive adjustments, had me rewriting numbers all the way back to the beginning of October. YAAAAAA!

However as the numbers stand right now. The Xbox One needs 61,681 sales to widen the gap to 2 Million.

Next weeks sales will be the last update this thread gets, Hope you all enjoyed it because the adjustments do create a lot of work.
