Before I get banned because I criticized a member/mods in a thread where it doesn't belong I want to show you this mail that got completely ignored (and the wall posts were suspiciously removed without any punishment to Hynad):
So if you were wondering why I don't bother using the conventional methods of reporting people anymore it's because I always get ignored by mods when I do that. No bother communicating with someone if they ignore you time and time again.
I never get replied back to, lol.

Samus, I think you have a self-fulfilling prophecy here. You don't trust the mod team, so you assume reporting won't help. Then you take matters into your own hands, get banned, and, as a result, mistrust the mod team. This is a vicious circle that needs to be broken.
The mod team isn't out to get you, or any other member. And if we don't act on a report, that doesn't mean we're protecting a particular user or fan base. It means we don't agree with you that the post or thread in question is worthy of moderation.
There are going to be times when the community disagrees with the mod team. In those instances, we evaluate our positions and rules and, sometimes, change them. But you have to work with us with respect, honesty, and along the proper channels. Accusing a former mod and a fellow member of a conspiracy in a thread about Mighty No. 9 is not respectful. It's not honest. And it's certainly not the proper channel.
And you knew it. You start this post with "Before I get banned because I criticized a member/mods in a thread where it doesn't belong."
You're not above the rules, even if you disagree with them and the way the mods enforce them. If you continue to flout the rules of this forum, you will be banned and banned and, eventually, permabanned.
Now, for this particular case: Truck received PM reports from both you and Hynad for the wall conversation. Truck posted a warning in the wall conversation (which has since been deleted, probably by Hynad) instead of moderating both of you. I think it was a wise compromise that allowed both of you to remain on the site.
I just want to say that Truck is one of the most trustworthy and hardest-working members of this site. He served the mod team admirably and now he's supporting it as an admin. He would NEVER conspire with another forum member to circumvent the rules.
