Just seems to read more into the post then is actually there to me.  The gif doesn't actually look that bad to me, and it is pre alpha.  I guess I don't know rulers positions and history, so if he had a history of trolling Microsoft in this way, I can understand the moderation, but if he doesn't have a history of it, I would say he deserves the benefit of doubt here, as he is basically being warned for a post in where he could be saying the gif looks pretty good...
